The House Rules are our rules of engagement with the pSo Much More community – they outline the terms of use for our platform and protect Novartis Pharmaceuticals Canada inc. in the event of any issue. They also make clear what is and is not acceptable conversation on our website, allowing us to remove inappropriate posts at will. The House Rules are located in the Ask Steph and pSo Story sections of the website.

We work in a regulated industry and because of the unique legal environment in the healthcare space, we can’t engage in sensitive topics, or discussions about products -ours or other companies’ -or treatment options on this page. For this reason, we want to make sure that the discussions that take place on the website stay on topic and are constructive.

If your comment does not comply with the following basic rules, it will not be posted on the website:

  • If your posts are product related;
  • If your posts include profanity, defamatory, libellous, offensive, abusive, discriminatory or demeaning content (including images, videos and links);
  • If your posts are disparaging, threatening, condone violence or illegal behaviour;
  • If your posts are off-topic;
  • If your posts offer health or medical advice;
  • If your posts contain any personal information such as your email address or phone number;
  • If your posts violate another’s copyright or intellectual property;
  • If your posts are commercial, e.g. sell products and services, or recruit fans and followers;
  • If your posts are excessively repetitive and/or disruptive to the community or are spam;
  • If your posts contain proprietary, confidential, sensitive, or non-public information;
  • If your posts do not follow our platform Terms of Use.

However, in case of an adverse event or product issue, we would need to store information about you, such as your initials or location.
